Calling for Test Results

Please remember to contact the surgery to receive your test results.  

Please try to avoid calling for test results before 10.30am.

In order to maintain confidentiality test results will only be given to patients themselves (or to a parent or guardian in the case of children). If you wish your results to be given to another person we will need your permission.

Request to Receive Your Test Results Online

This practice allows you to request test results safely and securely on the web. After you have had a test at the surgery you will be able to enter our online services, tell us when you had the test and request and receive a response back from the practice.

Simply follow the steps below to request your test results online:

• Step 1: If you are not currently registered with our online services click here to register. (This normally takes about 5-10 minutes.)
• Step: 2: Once registered with the surgery enter the online services.
• Step 3: Once logged into the online services follow the simple instructions to request and receive your test results online.
• Step 4: You will now have access to all the surgery services that we offer online. Just follow the simple instructions to request and receive responses back from the surgery online.

Please Note:

In order to receive your test results online you must submit a request via our online services for each test you have at the surgery. Due to security reasons we cannot automatically send you your results online without you first making on online request.
