Dispensary

We have a dispensary on site at Bloxham and deliver twice daily to the surgery at Hook Norton.

Request Your Repeat Prescription Online

This surgery allows you to request repeat prescriptions safely and securely on the web.

In order to use this service you must first sign up to our Online Services, please follow the simple steps below to sign up now.

  • Step 1: Click here to register for our online services. (This normally takes about 5-10 minutes.)
  • Step 2: Once registered with the surgery enter the online services.
  • Step 3: Once logged into the online services you will have access to all the surgery services that we offer online. Just follow the simple instructions to request and receive responses back from the surgery online.

Request Your Repeat Prescription by Telephone

To request your repeat prescription by telephone please follow the information below:

  • Telephone 01295 721884 between 9.30am and 12.00pm or 2.30pm to 5.00pm giving at least 48 working hours notice and let us know where you would like to collect your medication.

Dispensary Opening Times

Dispensary is open for collection between 9am and 6.30pm. Please note we are closed 1.00pm - 2.00pm for lunch. Our dispensers endeavour to always provide a speedy efficient service, it helps them enormously to be able to help you if you can give them adequate notice of your needs.
