Dispensary
We have a dispensary on site at Bloxham and deliver twice daily to the surgery at Hook Norton.
For repeat prescriptions please either:
- Request your repeat prescription online via our online service, or
- Telephone 01295 721884 between 9.30am and 12.00 or 2.30 to 5.00pm giving at least 48 working hours notice and let us know where you would like to collect your drugs.
Dispensary is open for collection between 9am and 6.30pm. Our dispensers endeavour to always provide a speedy efficient service, it helps them enormously to be able to help you if you can give them adequate notice of your needs.
